Red Cross Month: When Help Can’t Wait

May 30, 2021

In March, we honor the volunteers who support our lifesaving mission. In 2020, the Red Cross responded to 258 disasters and assisted 393 families in East Tennessee by providing food, shelter, and comfort to individuals and families in need. They also provided casework and recovery assistance for disaster survivors.  In Scott County, we invite YOU to join the Red Cross mission.  To learn more about volunteering, go to  redcross.org/volunteer, or contact Adrian Riser, Volunteer Recruitment Specialist at 865-599-6774 or by email Adrian.Riser2@redcross.org.
