Bonnaroo Bound Couple Detained On Drug Charges

Huntsville, TN (2010-06-11) A Louisiana couple reportedly headed to the Bonnaroo Music Festival in middle Tennessee was detained Friday morning in Oneida on drug charges.  As result of the bust, local authorities discovered a new drug that has been making it way toward the eastern United States, a synthetic form of marijuana that is currently legal in Tennessee. Scott County Firms Chosen For Well Plugging and Mine Closure Projects in Big South Fork NRRA

Oneida, TN (2010-06-11) Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area is proceeding with oil and gas well plugging and mine closure projects funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).  These projects will improve safety conditions for visitors and protect natural resources in the park.  Two Scott County firms have been selected to perform the work.
