July Unemployment Rate 9.8 Percent

Nashville, TN (2010-08-19) Tennessee Commissioner of Labor & Workforce Development James Neeley announced today Tennessee’s unemployment rate for July was 9.8 percent, down two-tenths of a percentage point from the revised June rate of 10.0 percent.
