28 Persons Arrested Last Week By SCSD

Huntsville, TN (2011-12-06) The Scott County Sheriff’s Department reported a busy week last week, as 28 persons were arrested between Monday, November 28, 2011 and Sunday, December 4, 2011.

According to an arrest report released by the Scott County Sheriff’s Department, a total of 45 persons were booked at the Scott County Jail last week, including 28 individuals that were arrested by the Sheriff’s Department. The remainder, stated authorities, was detained by other law enforcement agencies, along with those that were remanded to jail by the court system.

Many of those arrested over the week were sought because of their failure to comply with conditions of their probation.

Persons arrested included:

· Tanner Carroll, 21, Huntsville was booked on charges of violation of probation;

· Shane Cloyd, 42, of Robbins was charged with the promotion of the manufacture of methamphetamine;

· Jacqueline Hope Ellis, 24, of Robbins was booked on the promotion of the manufacture of methamphetamine;

· Bobby Gibson, 34, of Huntsville was charged with driving under the influence and evading arrest;

· Nena Privett, 37, of Pine Knot, KY was booked on charges of aggravated assault;

· William Rouse, 39, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia;

· Marty D. Carson, 39, of Helenwood was booked on driving under the influence and violation of the open container law;

· Aaron Chambers, 27, of Oneida was charged with theft of less than $500;

· Danielle Monroe, 23, of Oneida was booked on revocation of suspended sentence;

· Christina Potter, 33, of Oneida was charged with theft of less than $500;

· Brandon Reagan, 28, of Oneida was booked on domestic violence;

· Lonnie Cloyd, 40, of Robbins charged with violation of state probation;

· Joshua Day, 28, of Huntsville was booked on child support charges;

· Tommy Fancher, 49, of Oneida was charged with violation of probation;

· Donald Bruce, 54, of Bonifay, FL was booked on a bond revocation;

· Randall Byrge, 30, of Huntsville was charged with violation of probation;

· Mark Clowers, 35, of Huntsville was booked on violation of probation;

· Wendell Cochran, 24, of Oneida was charged with child support charges;

· Joshua Cross, 23, of Winfield was booked on violation of probation;

· Donald Ford, 30, of Huntsville was charged with forgery and theft of less than $500;

· Jimmy Lackey, 30, of Winfield, was booked on violation of probation;

· Doyle Layne, 41, of Helenwood was picked up on child support charges;

· Nathan Strunk, 26, of Robbins was booked on child support charges;

· Judy Harness, 45, of Winfield was charged with violation of probation;

· Thurman Harness, 43, of Winfield was booked on violation of probation;

· Christopher Eric Hicks, 34, of Winfield was picked up on a bond revocation and child support charges;

· Heather Sexton, 25, of Pioneer was booked on violation of probation; and,

· Clayton Stephens, 40, of Huntsville was charged with violation of state probation; and reckless endangerment.

Persons with the same or similar name may reside in the community. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
