28 Persons Arrested Last Week By SCSD
According to an arrest report released by the Scott County Sheriff’s Department, a total of 45 persons were booked at the Scott County Jail last week, including 28 individuals that were arrested by the Sheriff’s Department. The remainder, stated authorities, was detained by other law enforcement agencies, along with those that were remanded to jail by the court system.
Many of those arrested over the week were sought because of their failure to comply with conditions of their probation.
Persons arrested included:

· Shane Cloyd, 42, of Robbins was charged with the promotion of the manufacture of methamphetamine;
· Jacqueline Hope Ellis, 24, of Robbins was booked on the promotion of the manufacture of methamphetamine;

Bobby Gibson, 34, of
· Nena Privett, 37, of Pine Knot, KY was booked on charges of aggravated assault;
· William Rouse, 39, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia;
· Marty D. Carson, 39, of Helenwood was booked on driving under the influence and violation of the open container law;

· Nathan Strunk, 26, of Robbins was booked on child support charges;
· Judy Harness, 45, of Winfield was charged with violation of probation;
· Thurman Harness, 43, of Winfield was booked on violation of probation;
· Christopher Eric Hicks, 34, of Winfield was picked up on a bond revocation and child support charges;
· Heather Sexton, 25, of Pioneer was booked on violation of probation; and,

Clayton Stephens, 40, of
Persons with the same or similar name may reside in the community. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
