Oneida, TN
(2011-10-11) An attempted escape by an inmate from
the Scott County Jail led to the lockdown of Burchfield Elementary
School Tuesday afternoon.
According
to the Scott County Sheriff’s Department, Daryl Rowland

the neighborhood.
As a

the school.
