December 21st, Officer Rachael Thomas, with the Oneida Police Department, was made aware of a female being at El Rey’s who had several outstanding warrants. Officers made contact with the female, identified as Charlie Conatser, who did not argue about the warrants when she stepped outside with the officers. When the transport arrived to take Conatser to jail, Officer Thomas was escorting her to the unit she saw and heard a white pill hit the ground and roll underneath a parked vehicle. Conatser was fumbling with her jacket before the pill hit the ground. Sgt. Toby Jeffers got underneath the vehicle and retrieved the pill that was identified as oxycodone. Conatser was charged with Possession of a Schedule II Drug and Tampering with Evidence.
