Sometimes circumstances beyond our control cause us to be alone or without the means to enjoy a good, home cooked Thanksgiving dinner with friends. The churches in Scott County don’t want anyone to be alone or without a home cooked meal this Thanksgiving season. So, they have come together and will be serving a Thanksgiving Community Dinner at the Tennessee Army National Guard Armory, 1826 Airport Road, on Saturday, November 23rd. Fresh, hot food will be served from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Come anytime during these hours that is convenient for you. If you aren’t in this circumstance, but you know someone or a family that might be, pass this information along to them.
