Man Charged with Alleged Public Intoxication

On August 4th, Officer Dalton Walden, with the Scott County Sheriff’s Office, was traveling north on Highway 27 with Drug Agent Tyler Johnson when a call came across to Deputy Colby Wisner that a male was standing in the middle of Highway 27 around Raezacks jumping out in front of cars.  Officer Walden and Drug Agent Johnson discovered the male, identified as Jonathan Moses, standing in the turn lane on Highway 27 at approximately 3:00 a.m. swinging his arms around and acting erratic.  Moses stated he had been drinking beer, smoking weed, and snorted a line of meth approximately two hours prior.  He was charged with Public Intoxication and transported to the Scott County Justice Center for booking.
