On April 25th, Agent Bill Miller with the Oneida Police Department was on patrol and observed a Chevy Blazer traveling north on Alberta Street with a cracked windshield and after a registration check learned that no insurance was confirmed. Agent Miller conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and after a brief conversation with the driver, identified as Dillion Hunter Ledford, did not have insurance. Agent Miller asked Ledford for consent to search the vehicle and upon conducting a pat down discovered a small baggy containing what Ledford stated was marijuana. A small lock box was also found in the vehicle and contained a pipe used to smoke marijuana. Ledford was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of a Schedule VI Drug and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was transported to the Scott County Justice Center for booking.
