Teddy S. Norris

Teddy S. Norris, 45, of Oneida was booked into the Scott County Jail last week after authorities say he exposed himself to a motorist on Alberta Street near the Oak Grove intersection in Oneida.  According to a warrant written by Aaron Johnson of the Oneida Police Department, Norris allegedly dropped his pants and exposed himself in front of a family that was sitting in traffic at the intersection.  Authorities say that Norris admitted the act, saying he did it because the female occupants of the truck were sexy.

He was charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
