Trail Safety with National Park Service Rangers, July 18

Oneida, TN (2017-07-13)  Come join National Park Service rangers for an evening program on trail safety.  At this program, you will learn how to be trail-safe while hiking and horseback riding at Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area.  We will discuss safety related topics such as what to do if you get lost or injured, trail etiquette, simple first aid for you and your horse, great trails for beginner equestrians and hikers, and what to pack in your saddle bags or backpacks.  Please bring a lawn chair and questions.

The program is being held at the South Fork Tack Store on Tuesday, July 18, 2017, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. (ET).  The South Fork Tack Store is located at 1487 West Third Avenue, Oneida, Tennessee. This program is free and open to the public.
